RETURNS
At Matiki Skin, we know everyone’s skin is different, and sometimes things don’t work out—that’s okay!
If your product isn’t quite right, reach out to us at hello@matikiskin.com and we’ll help you out.
We don’t offer refunds for a change of mind (just keeping it real), but if your product arrives faulty, damaged, or not what you expected, we’ll make it right with an exchange, credit, or refund.
Shoot us an email within 7 days with your order number and a photo of the product, and we’ll take care of the rest.
To return something, it needs to be unused, in its original packaging, and you’ll need proof of purchase.
Once we’ve approved your return, we’ll send you all the info you need to get it sorted—easy peasy.
